Free eight-week smoking cessation course offered in conjunction with the American Lung Association, and held at Saint Clare’s Professional Building in Alton.

|AARP Driver Safety Class|
|The AARP Driver Safety Program, offered at Saint Anthony's Health Center in Alton, is the nation's first and largest refresher course for drivers age 50 and older that has helped millions of drivers remain safe on today's roads, according to AARP.|

|Natural Family Planning|

|Skin Cancer Screenings|
Cancer screening tests are also important because cancers that are found early are easier to treat. People who have had any type of skin cancer should take special care to check for new skin cancers. Monthly screenings are performed by Dr. Noor Ahmed, Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon.

|Training for youth ages 9 to16 who are interested in babysitting or responsible for younger siblings after school, this training program provides basic information on infant and child safety and infant care, as well as age-appropriate developmental activities and more.|

Facilitated by the professional staff of Saint Anthony's Diabetes Treatment Center, this three-session series includes understanding diabetes, preventing complications, meal planning, medications and monitoring.
