To think, it all began in 1925, when five pioneering Sisters of St. Francis of the Martyr St. George traveled from Germany to America. Their mission was one of healing, founded in Catholic values. They opened Saint Anthony’s Infirmary. And ever since then, their faith-based ministry has been an ongoing march into the future, fully embracing the miracles of modern medicine.

Today, Saint Anthony’s Health Center can be credited with having helped millions get back to living vibrant, healthy lives, owed to the state-of-the-art technologies and full complement of services we offer. From the area’s leading Joint Replacement Center to providing a Level II Perinatal Facility, to advanced treatments in Cardiac and Cancer Care, Saint Anthony’s has been dedicated to availing the latest wonders of medical science to all those in our care.

And we continue to evolve, looking to tomorrow with much anticipation and excitement. As always, we are investing in ever-newer technologies. Enhancing our facilities. And creating new environments of privacy for inpatients, addressing both the scientific and spiritual facets of healing. With breakthrough cures, cutting-edge treatments, and less invasive surgical methods that are here and on the horizon, the future of medicine is bright.

At Saint Anthony’s, our commitment in bringing that future to the surrounding community remains unwavering, as we continue to carry forth our healing ministry that the Sisters brought here over eight decades ago.
