Heart Failure

At Saint Anthony's Health Center we are committed to providing you with the most current quality scores we have available.  Other sources of quality data may provide different results for the same measurements due to differing time periods or methods of reporting the data.

Heart Failure is the most common hospital admission diagnosis in patients age 65 or older.  It is associated with severe functional impairments and high rates of mortality and morbidity.  Substantial scientific evidence indicates that the following process of care measures represent the best practices for the treatment of heart failure.  Higher scores are better.
